Let’s take a look at who made the Mid-Summer Classic, starting with our top vote getters!
The top vote getter should be of no surprise. Featuring at the catcher position, from the Padres, Jacob Klotz has made the All Star Game! The captain has hit to a .567 clip, being the feared middle of the order bat the Padres needed, while offering his pitching staff a steadiness few others can provide! Congratulations to Jake as he makes his way to the game!
Coming up just behind is a player authoring his best season yet. A pitcher tied for the league lead in wins, while closing in on the league lead in strikeouts, from the Royals, Brock Wilimek has made the All Star Game! His fearsome demeanour on the mound, coupled with his incredible play in the field and at the plate has pushed his All Star campaign to the forefront of our voters’ minds!
